How do I install SamusDev products?
Go to the Installation Guide Page for a full tutorial on how to install SamusDev products.
I can see only some of the ModelEngine VFX/Mobs.
ModelEngine Free/Demo version only allows up to 12 bbmodels. You need to get ModelEngine Premium to load infinite amounts of models.
My models' textures look black & purple.
Go to the Installation Guide Page and check the steps regarding "Atlas Logger".
If that still doesn't solve the issue, in your resource pack find the .json file of the model and check if its texture location is correct.
My VFX/Mob models look weird and chunky.
If you are using ItemAdder, Oraxen, or Nexo, make sure to remove all ModelEngine-related files (the modelengine folder and the leather_horse_armor.json file) before reloading your resourcepack plugin. Only apply the final merged ModelEngine file.
I can't cast skills / Skill casting is weird.
1. Make sure you're casting on survival mode. Skill casting doesn't fully work on creative mode.
2. In /MythicMobs/Skills, make sure to keep only one of the following skill files: "_MMOCore" or "_MMOItems".
Having both installed at the same time may cause skill casting issues or abnormal behavior.
3. Most skill packs require MythicMobs Premium. Check the product page dependencies to see if MythicMobs Premium is required.
4. If you still have issues, try reinstalling with the Installation Guide Page or check for error logs on console - Both when skills are loading and when you're casting. Then either look for solutions in the MythicCraft Discord or open a ticket.
Models show up as a bunch of leather horse armor.
You haven't applied your ModelEngine resource pack. Check the resource pack part of the Installation Guide Page.
Models show up as items like stone swords, bricks, papers, etc. / I can't hear SFX.

Mobs and models turn into their base mob. (Like wolves and pigs)
Find the mob file in /MythicMobs/Mobs and add a ";sync=true" parameter in the mob's "- model" line.
Old packs with non-ModelEngine VFX aren't displaying correctly.
Try replacing all the ":4" to " HEAD" in the /Mythicmobs/Mob file. (Recommend using ctrl+F to do all at once)
Also ":0" to " HAND" and ":1" to " OFFHAND" if there are any.
When casting some skills, I can't move and my screen shakes.
Open up the MythicMobs skill file, find the problematic skill and look for a line that starts with "- stun".
Modify the parameters inside to these: ";stopai=false;g=false;f=false;noknockback=true"

I want to purchase multiple packs at once. Do you offer bulk discounts?

How do I earn points? How do I spend them?

How do I link my SamusDev account to my Discord account?
For the Points & Tier system to work for you, you need to link your Discord account to your SamusDev account in your Dashboard. (If you've already linked it, the button won't show up)
Note: If you've logged in with Discord before, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ to reset your password. After resetting, log in with your email or username, and then link your Discord account from your dashboard once you're logged in.
I have enough points for a tier role on Discord but I don't have it.
On our Discord, you can click on the button in the "🏆 get-tier-role" channel. You will automatically get your Discord roles based on your Total Collected SD points, and rewards will be sent to your DM.
I purchased on a different website. Do I still get my points?
